Mark joined Agcarm in February 2015 with over 25 years’ experience in the primary sector. Previously, he worked as General Manager of Policy and Advocacy with Federated Farmers of New Zealand and held senior positions at the Ministry for Primary Industries.He has an Executive MBA from Massey University and agricultural qualifications from Lincoln University and received a community award for leadership in eradicating Australian subterranean termites from the Waikato region. Mark sits on several Boards, including Agrecovery and Growsafe. When not working, Mark enjoys time with his family, sports and competing in triathlons.
Dr Jan Quay, BVSc
Technical Director – Animal Health
Jan has over 25 years’ experience as a clinical veterinarian. Jan has a keen interest and involvement in animal welfare and ethics and is Agcarm’s fountain of knowledge on animal health and welfare issues.
When she is not working, Jan likes to sew quilts and enjoys taking the dogs for long walks.
